    little miss

Is "little miss" a common use? And a man of 30 can address to a 20 years old girl as "little miss"?

    No to both questions.

    Re: little miss

Can a man of 30 address a 20-year-old girl as "her little ladyship" or "little lady"? (in the 1920's)

    Re: little miss

If any of the users of the forum were alive in the 1920s, I'm sure they'll be able to tell you. My own opinion is that it would be unlikely. The phrases you have used might be appropriate for a child of 6 or 7 but I think a woman of 20 would be rather insulted/baffled to have such childish phrases aimed at her even if they were meant as endearments.
