    Don't Jubilee've It

On TV, I saw a lot of people in London protesting and there was a slogan on a placard: Don't Jubilee've It.
Could you please tell me what it means? What does 've stand for?

    So you mean:
    Don't Jubilee've It. =
    Don't you believe it.
Why? Just to make a connection with Jubilee?

Yes, just to make a play on words.

    Re: Don't Jubilee've It

They're against the jubilee, so they're recommending that people don't believe it's something to celebrate.
