Is it natural to use "would" when I give a advice?

1.If I were you, I would not keep doing that stretch even when I'm suffering severe pain on back.
2.If I were you, I would reduce the intensity of muscle stretch during muscle pain.

Are the sentence1 and 2 grammatical and natural when I use in conversation?

It is fine to use would for advice, but these sentences need tidying up:

1.If I were you, I would not keep doing that stretch when suffering severe back pain.
