    It's stocked every year

'Your sister told me you liked to fish,' Boylan said. 'We have quite a good stream on the property. It's stocked every year. Nobody goes near it anymore. I don't know why. If you'd like to give it a try, just come any time. '

My question: What does the sentence in blue mean? 'There are a lot fish in the stream?' or 'Some people supply the stream with fish for people to catch?' or anything else?

    Many thanks in advance.

    It means
'Some people supply the stream with fish for people to catch'.
