    Question Texts that have long pre- and post-verb noun phrases, ellipsis, phrasal verbs, etc.

    I am looking for activities that have been successful to help ESL students develop more academic English language skills like these. Please send if you have successful ones, and are willing to share them!

    I am working in the area of text complexity (cohesion);
    Complex texts = noun phrases, phrasal verbs, idioms, phrases, ellipsis.

    Thank you,
