    are we good?

    Is it okay or I take it wrong?

    "My name is Joseph and I like to adressed in this way. Are we good?"

    "We are good, Joseph."

    It's fine although it is informal. Here, "Are we good?" means "Do we agree?" or "Are we both OK with this arrangement?" Whether it is appropriate would depend entirely on the situation and on who you are speaking to.
