Question How would you answer, and why?

---I'm terribly sorry to interrupt, but may I use your phone? It's rather urgent.
    ---Yes, ___________.
    A. with pleasure B. of course

Which one would you prefer? And why?

    I'd use B. It's more natural.

I would answer "May I use your phone?" with "Yes, of course". However, if the question was "Would you lend me your phone?" then both "Yes, of course" and "Yes, with pleasure" would be appropriate.

For me "with pleasure" as a response to that request is rather condescending and unless you would be trying to obviously patronize your boss, I would avoid its use.
