    I need some help ...

I have to write an essay about " What do you think are benefits of studying abroad?" And I would be appreciate if you gave me an advice about how to write a good essay and what should I cover in the essay or shouldn't write in the essay. The condition is to write about 500 to 1000 words. I don't know how to start.

Welcome to the forums, Meltice Hwang, we can't write your essay for you. What do you think are the benefits of studying abroad? Write down what you think.

Re: I need some help ...

Start by coming up with three ideas about the benefits. Write those down. Add more details to each one. Now add transitions so these three ideas have full paragraphs for each one. Those are your three "body" paragraphs. Do that and see how thing stand.
I'm not a teacher, but I write for a living. Please don't ask me about 2nd conditionals, but I'm a safe bet for what reads well in (American) English.
