"Jupiter's four moons were first viewed in 1987" or "Four moons of Jupiter were first

Can I say "Jupiter's four moons were first viewed in 1987" or "Four moons of Jupiter were first viewed in..."?
What is the difference between these two ways of writing?
    Thanks a lot.

The first suggests that Jupiter has only four moons, as would "The four moons of Jupiter ...". The second suggests that Jupiter has more than four moons.

    Apparently Jupiter has 63 moons.

Not a lot of people know that.

    (Or care.)
