    For

"The minimum personal liability insurance that you can purchase with every homeowners policy is $100,000 per occurrence for both bodily injury and property damage caused to a third party."

Shouldn't "for" be "of"? One would say "occurrence of something."

    Thanks!

It's $100,000 coverage for bodily injury and for property damage. Per occurrence.

Try reading it more carefully. You are a native speaker after all.
