According to this, "rolling up" means to arrive, like when your car rolls up to the house.
In this context I would guess that the arrival also includes some sort of hassling of the person, hence the frustrated query.

However, I think that, without any more context, I find entry #6 in the same dictionary - "to intimidate someone into leaving a group or area, usually accompanied with implied or express threats of violence."If I find out you ratted on me, I'm gonna have to roll you up."" - would also make sense.
