    No, select kind is not right. You may say with 'selected vegetables' or certain vegetables', and if you want to give the meaning that they are some special kind, then say 'special kinds of vegetables'. If you mean that with many kinds, then either write 'many kinds' , or 'different/various kinds of vegetables'.
