    Future Continuous in weather forecast

Is it possible to use Future Continuous when talking about the weather (forcasting the weather, for example). I need something like "a strong wind will be blowing", but I was told on this forum that this phrase doesn't sound natural, so could you help me (I need it for my work (teaching)).
    Thanks in advance.

Re: Future Continuous in weather forecast

You'll normally hear, "There will be strong winds (over parts of England ...)".

Re: Future Continuous in weather forecast

Yes, thank you, 5jj, but I do need at least one sentence with Future Continuous to describe the weather (it may be wrong from the point of view of methods but in our curriculum (at university) weather vocabulary and Future Continuous are taught almost simultaneously, so I thought I could find some logical connection between these two aspects). Something like "a cyclon will be coming to the southern coast of..." or "the weather will be changing to the better..."
