Post Word form and sentence structure problems

I need some explanations for some sentences below:

    1) Dogs are good companions. They'll go _____ you take them.
    a. whatever place
    b. wherever
    Why choose a. here?

    2) eat healthily or eat healthfully? What's the difference?

    3) Everyone obeys the same _____
    a. laws
    b. rules
    c. regulations
    d. discipline
    Why choose b.?

    4) After finishing Roots, the 100-year-old history of a black American family, the Nobel prize Committee awarded author ABC a special citation for his literally excellence.
Why is the underlined part incorrect?

    Thank you in advance :)

    I wouldn't; I'd choose b.

    'healthily' is acceptable.

    3) Everyone obeys the same _____
    a. laws
    b. rules
    c. regulationsare possible
    d. discipline
    Why choose b.?
I have no idea. I'd choose a, though b and c are possible.

    4) After finishing Roots, the 100-year-old history of a black American family, the Nobel prize Committee awarded author ABC a special citation for his literally excellence.
Why is the underlined part incorrect?
The Nobel Committee did not finish 'Roots'.
