    "She felt that she had to accept it with resignation."

    Is it convincing enough?

    - but don't be misled by this use of 'resignation', Shamsiyan. It's nothing to do with leaving her job!

    In the mood she was in, she just thought 'Oh well, I guess I'll have to accept it. - that is, she was resigned to having to accept something (although she wasn't pleased about it).
