    Do we say straight long black hair or long straight black hair?

    The second suggestion is correct.
    Remember - if you don't use correct capitalisation, punctuation and spacing, anything you write will be incorrect.

    You might want to have a look at Order of Adjectives - Articles - for further doubts. Order of adjectives can sometimes be a pain in the back for foreign students (myself included), but such tables are usually a good guide.
