    past participle

    Hello,

    1) Can you give me a page written?

a-Can you give me a page being written? (Is that OK?)

    2) Can you give me a page unwritten?

b-Can you give me a page not being written? (Is that OK?)

I would like to ask whether 'a' and 'b' are grammatically correct or not, and can we use them instead of number 1 and 2?

    Thanks.

    Re: past participle

None of the four sentences is natural English.

    Re: past participle

-I have seen formal letters being written with and without the comma.

What about this sentence? And I would like to ask whether it is ok or not to add ''not'' in front of ''being written''? I could't figure out a sentence to create. Please help me.

    Thanks again.

That is fine - if you have seen people in the act of writing them. Of course, if you noticed the presence or absence of the commas, you would have to have been looking over the person's shoulder.

That's not surprising. It's difficult to see something not being done.
