Can I use good size and just nice in the following sentences? Please help.

    1) I like the city because it has good size population and good mix of people.
    2) The size of the city is just good/nice. Not too many people and not too little people either.

Yes, if the city or the population has been given. Otherwise, it's almost meaningless.
