    Can you check for errors in these sentences?

    We are wondering if you will be providing us with comments regarding the training program. If so, can you send your comments to us as soon as possible and no later than July 15, 2012?

    Consider changing "and" to "but" -- as soon as possible, but no later than ...

    This is fine, either way.
    I'm not a teacher, but I write for a living. Please don't ask me about 2nd conditionals, but I'm a safe bet for what reads well in (American) English.
