    convict haircut

    Hi
Could you kindly help me with the meaning of "convict haircut" here?
Who said that all the men in the world should wear drab grey suits and convict haircuts?
    Thanks a million.
Being a non-native teacher, I'm so thrilled being in such a superb forum.

    Re: convict haircut

A convict is a prisoner in jail. They used to have their hair very closely-cropped.
