    Is this sentence OK?

    Since I have not heard back from you, I assume you will not be coming to the party.

    It's OK, though it sounds quite formal. I would probably say:

    Since I haven't heard back from you, I assume you're not coming to the party.
    Remember - if you don't use correct capitalisation, punctuation and spacing, anything you write will be incorrect.
