    Lightbulb I thought these could be omitted ?

    I wrote:

    ...undergraduate students and master students just completed their undergraduate studies are the right group.


    My teacher corrected it as:

    ...undergraduate students and master students who have just completed...

    I thought I can omit the relative pronoun + have in cases like this?
