    I feel like vomitting(throwing up)

Usually "feel like ~ing" is "feel inclined to do something", but if you say "I feel like vomitting(throwing up)", does it mean "I don't want it, but my body feels it will throw up(vomit) soon(unintended)" or "I want to vomit(intended)"?
How do you say "something feels to happen in terms of this physical phenomenon"?

Re: I feel like vomitting(throwing up)

It's a matter of context. It could mean either. In polite society it would normally mean the unintended sort. But in polite society you wouldn't say that anyway.

Because of the theoretical ambiguity, people usually make it clear either way - 'I feel as if I might vomit'/'I feel nauseous'... for the unintentional probability/possibility, but 'I feel like a good vomit. I'll feel better then' for the intentional wish.
