If I had to choose one option, I would also go for B. However, "trainer" isn't always a good subsititute for "instructor". For example, "trainer" would not really be appropriate, in my opinion, in this context: He is a physics trainer. I would say: He is a physics instructor/teacher.
A "supervisor" only supervises a person or activity.
