    No, that is not correct. It should be:

    It will have to be done (by me).

    No. Do you know how to put a sentence into the passive, generally? The first thing you do is take the object of the original sentence and make it the subject of the new sentence:
    "I fed the dog." "The dog" is the object. Make it the subject -> "The dog was fed [by me]."
