An expression for saying something perfect just in the right place.

Could you kindly help me? When someone says something about someone or something else in the right place, something that somehow tops off whatever others have just said, and you all agree with what she just said, you say "yeah!....?" (Sorry! If I couldn't shed better lights on that). Consider the following conversation:

- He doesn't know the ABC of the language let alone teaching it.
- To top it off, he even hasn't got any social manners!
- Yes!.......? (Can we say "well said" or "well pointed"?)

Also: "You can say that again!", with the emphasis on "that".

Other common expressions:
Dead right!
You got that right!
That's for sure!
etc
.. and there are plenty of informal and regional variations.
