Question issue a credit in respect of any of accounts

Any credit issued by a company to Client in respect of any of Clients’s accounts will expire if unused for twelve months following the date of issuance of such credit.

Can you please help to figure out what the meaning of 'in respect of of any accounts" is. Are these bank accounts? I guess, there's no need in them when issuing a credit.
    Thanks a lot!

Re: issue a credit in respect of any of accounts

Thank you . Indeed the wording is misleading, but I have nothing to add, since the context is scarce.
