What kind of feeling / sickness is it?

What kind of feeling / sickness is it?
Sometimes while people are sleeping, they have a bad dream. Take this situation, someone is following you to catch you and hurt and you want to run away but you can't! Your feet are fixed and heavy!

But I'd like to know if this is the only common way to say that. Or are there any other ways?
    Thanks.
