    Welcome to the forum, annaapriori.

    Please try to ensure that your thread title contains at least some of the words of your question. 'Come to/at the airport' would have been a good title for this thread.

    Also, one punctuation mark at a time is quite enough.

    They came to/arrived at the airport an hour ago

    Dammit, SD, I wish I'd thought of that!

    I hate to be the party pooper who explains SD's humour but, for those who do not know, 'come to' means, informally, 'return to consciousness'.
