    Packed For

"The courtroom was packed for the hearing."

Does it mean the courtroom was packed because of the hearing, or it was packed in anticipation of th hearing, or what?

    Re: Packed For

    Hi and welcome ,

It means that the courtroom was full to the point where no more people could get in.
