    That hospital _________ last year
    (a) built
    (b) was build
    (c) was being built
    (d) has been built

    My xbox 360 _________ broken since last week.
    (a) was been
    (b) has been

    There is no past perfect tense (and without further context, there is no call for past perfect) in any of those sentences.
    Besides, you try first, then we can comment on your sentences!
