    Past Tense

    That hospital was build last year
    (a) built
    (b) was build
    (c) was being built
    (d) has been built

    My xbox 360 has been broken since last week.
    (a) was been
    (b) has been

    The only possible option in the first one is (c) "was being built". I would have expected to see "was built" as an option.
    In the second one, (b) "has been" is correct.
