Is this active or passive, and what tense is it?

I need to find out what tense each part of this sentense is in.
I also need to know if it is an Active form or Passive form.
I know what the first part is but I'm stuck on the second part.

I was being interviewed (Past Continuous - Passive) by a
German magazine when my throat dried up (???)

    Any help would be great
    Thanks

If you have the first verb, I don't see your problem with the second.

    Is it present or past?
    Is it simple or continuous?
    Is it active or passive?

    I think it's Active - Past Simple.

Yes, the verb is also intransitive, so the clause has to be active.
