    Hello Teachers,
I have a problem in understanding "asking-giving" in the paragraph.Could you help me expain what is its meaning?
Of course, we know there are other issues that need to be amended, but due to time constrains we will adress them later.we realise that there is still a sense of "asking-giving" in this new Law of Credit Organizations, but that will be attended to when it is comprehensively amended next time.
I think that it may be mean that there are many other issue that need to be amended, but I don't know how can I get of its meaning in "asking-giving" phrase.

    Re: asking-giving

It's not very clearly written, but I would assume that there is a sense that when people ask for credit, they will be given it.
