    Somebody call me?

What does Marvin mean by "Someboby call me?"?

Mother: Oh. my gosh. Jeff, Marvin's gotten out of his baby bath and I can't find him anywhere.
Father: Now don't panic, we'll find him. He's got to be somewhere in the house.
    Mother: Marvin!
    Father: Marvin?
    Marvin: Somebody call me?

    Re: Somebody call me?

It's a shortened form of "Did somebody call me?" meaning "Did I hear somebody calling my name?"
Remember - if you don't use correct capitalisation, punctuation and spacing, anything you write will be incorrect.
