'I would had ' is not a proper English structure.
'I would have done something' means you wish you had done that.

I am not sure if I made my point clear. :-D

It does NOT mean that you wish you had. It simply means that under different circumstances, you would have. You might have not wanted to at all, but for whatever reason, you would have.

"Would that I had done that" is an archaic way of saying "I wish I had done that".
