    Does "all necessary aid is." Make sense?

    I do believe that we need a "s" added to "aid" to make it plural or delete all.


    "There are no people left to recover from under the rubble in any village and all necessary aid is currently being distributed," said Hossein Ghadami, minister of disaster management.

    "All necessary aid" is fine.
    Remember - if you don't use correct capitalisation, punctuation and spacing, anything you write will be incorrect.
