    Hi,

"He has no brothers/siblings (if you mean both borthers and sisters); neither have I".
"He has no brothers/siblings. Neither have I".
"He has no brothers/siblings and neither have I".

I believe any of these are acceptable.

PS: Note that you could also say "Neither he nor I have any brothers/siblings" or "Neither of us have any brothers/siblings" with the same meaning.

    Re: neither

"He has no brothers and sisters and nor have I" is perfectly acceptable in BrE, using "nor" instead of "neither". You can also end the sentence with "nor do I".
Remember - if you don't use correct capitalisation, punctuation and spacing, anything you write will be incorrect.

    Re: neither

I realize I've been doing this too long when I have to repress my urge to write "Ain't neither of us got no brothers" as one example of how NOT to say this.

Dear me. It slipped out after all.
I'm not a teacher, but I write for a living. Please don't ask me about 2nd conditionals, but I'm a safe bet for what reads well in (American) English.

I am sorry that I beg your pardon!
