What do we call a raised long table used by speakers while giving speeches?
podium or dais
Is there any other word for that?

I don't see much difference. If there is one related to meaning, it may be that a person stands on a podium while an object (often a throne or imposing chair) is placed on a dais. Also, since exceptional words either have come to be used more often (be, eat and so on, or fall out of use because they take more effort to use properly, I'd guess that 'dais' is the less common of the two (as '-ai-' rarely represents the sound /ejɪ/).
PS I was going to add 'statue' to the 'object/dais list', but though a statue can stand on a dais it more often stands on a pedestal.
