    "grab my hand"vs"grab me by my hand"

    Teachers
    What difference between the following two sentence in meaning
    He grabs my hand.
    He grabs me by my hand.

    and any gramatical problem in them

    What difference between the following two sentence in meaning
    He grabs my hand.
    He grabs me by my hand.


    Also "He grabs me by the hand".
    Generally speaking there is no significant difference in meaning.
