"All of everything has been erased." Can I say "all of everything" phrase like all of them, all of it ,and so on?

Just use "everything." There may have been some preceding dialog that makes this unusual phrasing appropriate to the context but it's not standard.
I'm not a teacher, but I write for a living. Please don't ask me about 2nd conditionals, but I'm a safe bet for what reads well in (American) English.
