    How's your company's benefits?

I wonder if this sentence makes sense - This is from a vocabulary book written by a Korean.

This "benefits" is translated as "profit=gain=return=revenue", but I doubt it. The "benefits" given by companies must be some gift money like bonus, not profit.

Also "how's" sounds weird, which has to be corrected to "what's".

    ex)How's your company's benefits?

    Re: How's your company's benefits?

I can image asking "How are" the benefits, looking for an overall assessment of "better than many other companies' benefits" or "crappy vacation, but decent medical" or whatever.
I'm not a teacher, but I write for a living. Please don't ask me about 2nd conditionals, but I'm a safe bet for what reads well in (American) English.

"Benefits" are non-salary items that are part of the package an employee receives as part of his employment. This includes medical/dental insurance plans, sick leave/vacation/holidays, pensions or other retirement programs, life insurance, etc.
