I am researching the expression "in concept of", and I believe I understand the two obvious uses of that word combination. One that omits the article "the" when the expression refers to the concept itself of a specific noun, ei.:" in (the) concept of life".
The other use links a specific noun with a determined value and it is used mainly in legal matters, ei.: "$1,000.00 in concept of damages".
Can anybody guide me to a resource where I can find an academic explanation?
