an adjective for someone who has great taste in everything, so she hardly accepts any

    Hi
Consider someone who has a great taste in decorating, buying clothes, etc. Consequently,she/he hardly accepts others buying her/him something. As a result you always have difficulty buying a present for this person. How can we describe this person? I wonder if there's an adjective?

    Thanks a million.
Being a non-native teacher, I'm so thrilled being in such a superb forum.

    A snob?
Remember - if you don't use correct capitalisation, punctuation and spacing, anything you write will be incorrect.

Unfortunately, this one is not helpful — elaborate does not have this meaning.
