    1) If your package were/ have been thrown by Courrier company's employee, the bubble will provide protection against the shock.

    2) It looks like my package have been thrown/tossed during delivery.

    Re: Pacakage got thrown/ tossed?

If your package is handled roughly by the delivery company, the bubble wrap will provide some protection.
If looks like they just threw my package here.
I'm not a teacher, but I write for a living. Please don't ask me about 2nd conditionals, but I'm a safe bet for what reads well in (American) English.

    Thanks for replying.

For the second sentence, can I rephrase it this way.

1)The package I delivered have been tossed by the delivery man because the item in the box was damage when I received it.

    2) If your package have been tossed by our employee while its being delivered, you can file a complain to us.

1)The package I delivered -- This says that YOU are the delivery person.
have - package is singular - you need the singular form of the verb, "has"
been tossed - tossed is a very informal word "handled carelessly"
by the delivery man because the item in the box was damaged when I received it. You are making as assumption. It could have been damaged at the factor. It could have been damaged by the person packing it. However, assuming you are right, then you use this form: it MUST HAVE BEEN. This shows that based on the evidence, it's what is logical.

    2) If your package have been tossed by our employee while its being delivered, you can file a complaint with us. Again, "tossed" would never be used in a context like this.
The package I had delivered [Or: The package I received] must have been handled carelessly by the delivery man because the item was damaged when I opened the box.
Informally: I bet the delivery guy just tossed my package out of the truck because the package was a mess and and the contents were broken.

If the contents of your package are damaged due to mishandling by our employee during delivery, you can file a complaint.

Thanks Barb D. You have been very helpful and you have taught me a lot of things. I really appreciate it, you are such a good teacher. I have learnt two new words today, mishadling and handled carelessly. I am so happy. Thanks
