    Lightbulb Grammar

'Like an otherworldly utopia it may seem, it goes without saying that none of the cities possess all these qualities.'

Is the above sentence grammartically correct? Does it mean 'It may seem like an otherworldly utopia,..............'?

It's not grammatically correct, no. Given that fact, it's not possible to say what the first part is supposed to mean.
Remember - if you don't use correct capitalisation, punctuation and spacing, anything you write will be incorrect.

    Re: Grammar

Tip for a better title: Like an otherworldly utopia.
