We at Mane Developers firmly believe inidentifying properties that appreciate more in long term to create wealth.
Grammatical, maybe. But I'm not sure that it means very much.
I assume that the 'properties' in question are houses, flats, etc. I wonder what a 'property that appreciates more' is, and whether there's a difference between 'appreciating more [than green bananas, say? ] and 'creating wealth'. And what do you 'firmly believe in'?
Perhaps 'we.... firmly believe in [the importance of?] creating wealth for our clients by identifying properties that will appreciate more quickly than others'...?
