    Which one is better word for that sentence? or please suggest better word for that sentence.

    It's not a sentence as it has no main verb.

    Please quote the full sentence.

    I'm guessing it's by tantalum precursor.

    What is 'roughness' supposed to be here? Anyway, I think it should be 'using' because it sounds like the engineer is trying to emulate the effect of 'roughness' on the transistor artificially.
