Is it right when I say 'This price is so expensive/cheap'?
I think we must use 'high' and 'low'

I agree with bhai that it would be understood but I agree with you that it should be "high/low" when associated with "price".

This price is so high.
This price is so low.
This item is so expensive.
This item is so cheap.

:up: It's a shame that prices can now be said to be 'expensive/cheap', rather than the things themselves. Among many effects, it has caused Jack Cohen's rather neat 'Pile 'em high and sell 'em low' to be often quoted as 'Pile 'em high and sell 'em cheap'.
