Hello There How Are You If You Dont Mind Could You Define And Give An Example Of A Clincher Sentence.
Welcome to the forum, Kytrick Pickens.

Your profile says that You are an English teacher. Why are you writing in this strange style, with a capital letter for the beginning of every word and no punctuation?

Could you also suggest what a "clincher" sentence is? This is a term I have not heard before.

OK, you have now amended your profile to say you are a Student or Learner, not a teacher. However, it still says that your native language is English? Are you sure that is also correct, given (as previously pointed out) your inappropriate use of capitalisation and your lack of punctuation.

Hello There How Are You If You Dont Mind Could You Define And Give An Example Of A Clincher Sentence.
If an ESL student had posted that, Kytrick, one of us would have corrected it.

In view of what you have read above, please rewrite it in what you consider to be standard English, so that we can evaluate what level you have reached.

As you can see from 5jj's link, to give you an example of a clincher sentence we would have to write a complete paragraph. Few of us have the time to do that. Perhaps you could make your own effort first.

It would be a good idea to give us a topic sentence and a reformulation to look at and comment on.

Isn't that what we used to call a conclusion?
"Clincher sentence" to me has connotations of a sentence which finally destroys an opponents argument.

That's how I saw it when I first read the post, but a google search suggests that it is used in the sense my link suggested
